Sunflower & Sesame Seed Crackers
150g sunflower seeds
150g sesames seeds
Salt & pepper
Approx. 75g water
Preheat the oven 200 degrees C/ gas 8
Place the sunflower seeds into a food processor and blend until a rough flour, add the sesame seeds and pulse for about 20 seconds.
Mix in the water, you may need a little more depending on the mix. It should hold together similar to a dough.
Place in between some greaseproof paper which is the same size as an oven tray and roll until about 1/2cm thick, making sure it’s the same thickness all over.
Score lightly before placing in the oven and cook for about 20/25 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Leave to cool completely before cutting into crackers.
Enjoy with some pate and cheeses.
